Estancia Menelik
This is an antique Patagonian ranch placed in a privileged location near the Perito Moreno National Park where horseriding, trekking and 4-wheel truck rides are the main activities. It is crossed by the Belgrano River and framed by the Andes range and the San Lorenzo Mount. The ride with a guide can take you through the steppe appreciating incredible flora and fauna and reaching the typical turquoise lakes. There are visits to other estancias, to the shed where shearing is performed and to an own museum. Life in a ranch is enjoyed while birdwatching and visiting geological formations which are overwhelming. There is a 2-hour trek to the Mansilla lake through the Wind Trail (Sendero del Viento).
