Estancia La Oriental
After travelling along the Route 40 where the dirt road reaches stark and isolated landscapes, this Patagonian house is ideal for a warm bath and shelter so as to continue the steppe crossing feeling recovered. The 7 rooms with private bathrooms are in the main house and there are 3 more in a separate Patagonian house. The most important feature is the environment. Only outside the Perito Moreno National Park, La Oriental has 16,000ha of wild lands. The main attraction from November to March is the trout fishing (rainbow trouts of up to 6kg). The way to move around the place is by 4-wheel trucks. The fauna is enjoyed when trekking. The most daring passengers are allowed to camp.
