La Cascada
This very pleasant small hotel lies on the shore of the Nahuel Huapi lake and about 11km out of town towards the Llao Llao Peninsula. There is public transport to Bariloche from the road at the park entrance. The hotel is in a beautiful garden with its natural small waterfall. The original construction dates from the fifties, but it was remodelled and enlarged in 1988 in order to become a hotel. La Cascada is known for its excellent restaurant facing the lake. There is also a cozy bar, sitting-rooms with fireplaces and a playroom. The gym centre offers an indoor pool, a solarium and a sauna. The hotel has 25 luxury rooms, some of them with an incredible view to the lake.
