Day 01 |
Transfer from the airport to the hotel. Afternoon excursion to explore the Llao Llao Peninsula. Beautiful scenery of different lakes can be seen in and around the National Park. A chair lift goes to the Cerro Campanario. Enjoy an unspoiled 360 degrees vision from the top of this mountain. The snow caped Andes are behind the Lake Nahuel Huapi. Return to the hotel. the rest of the afternoon is at leisure. Overnight at Bariloche. |
Day 02 |
Short transfer to Puerto Pañuelo. Board a Catamaran and navigate to Victoria Island. This island has a great variety of fauna and flora. The voyage continues to Puerto Quetrihue. Cross a beautiful Arrayan forest along a well marked path. After an easy three hours walk, arrival at the resort town of Villa La Angostura. Then bus ride around the lake back to the city. Overnight at Bariloche. |
Day 03 |
Leaving Bariloche to the south and bordering Lake Gutierrez. Further ahead, the road bifurcates into an unpaved winding road. The excursion passes by the Upper Manso River until it reaches Pampa Linda. Finally, after going through a shady forest, a black glacier is spotted. The tour ends a few metres ahead at the foot of Mount Tronador. From this point onwards, travellers may walk up to the glacier. In the afternoon, ride back to Bariloche. Overnight at Bariloche. |
Day 04 |
Transfer to the airport to continue with your individual programme or transfer to Puerto Pañuelo for a unique boat and bus trip over different lakes and mountains to Chile.
